Hello! My name is Emma, I am a sophomore here at ISU, studying Elementary Education with an endorsement in Special. As a caregiver with over six years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting families and making a positive impact on children's lives. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children of all ages, from infants to preteens. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children simultaneously and have experience with various age groups. I believe in open and consistent communication with parents, providing regular updates and using their preferred method of contact. I'm also very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care.
