Emma has been taking care of our daughter fulltime for the last 9 months and it's hard to articulate how happy we've been with our experience. Our daughter is starting daycare in October and it's so difficult to transition her from someone she loves so much. Emma has a gift with children and it was clear from her very first day. She would even take care of my son when he would stay home from daycare and (he can be challenging) Emma took it in stride. It was fun to watch them interact and I know he'll miss her very much. Reliability is so important in childcare and I can tell you that is Emma in a nutshell. She was here every day, on-time, and made every day a positive experience for our family.
