I have experience with large families, working with children internationally, and leading camps and other activities. My patient, calm, and friendly nature allows me to connect easily with children, creating a safe and stimulating environment for their growth. I believe in open communication with parents and provide regular updates about their child's day, using their preferred method of communication. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I'm very comfortable maintaining a consistent and structured environment. I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities, including being outdoors, games, and crafts.
