About Emma

Hi there, my name is Emma! I have 7 years of experience caring for the elderly. In 2013 my 80-year-old great aunt moved in with my family until she passed in 2020. She had diagnosed Dementia and needed support and help in many areas including showers and meals. During her time with us, although I was teenager, I was her main caregiver as both my parents worked full time. I helped her dress, bathe, take medication, walk, and cook meals. I am looking for jobs similar to this. I learned many life lessons during this time on patience, kindness, and making others comfortable. I look to not only provide basic care for your loved one, but to also give them a good quality of life, taking them on car rides, and excursions to parks and coffee shops!
