About Emma

Hello! I am a recent graduate of the University of Minnesota with a B. A. in human physiology. I am also a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at UMN Medical Center and have experience in both geriatric and child care, with experience in the post-mortem field as well. I have been a part-time nanny for one family with a 3-year-old and also for a family with three children 2, 8, and 10 years old, along with various other one-time care jobs. I would be very comfortable watching and playing with any age group, including infants. My grandmother is a crisis nursery foster mom and takes in infants very frequently, including those with special needs or health concerns. I have briefly assisted her during this process. From June to September of 2018, I worked in the daycare center at LifeTime Fitness, where I cared for and played with children ages 0-10 years old. I bring a positive, fun attitude with a love for kids of all ages and a variety of healthcare experiences.

Emma was a wonderful caregiver for our two young daughters! During the COVID-19 pandemic my partner and I were worried about finding safe, reliable care for our children while trying to juggle our own jobs moving remote. My youngest daughter has special needs but Emma's CNA (nursing assistant) certification gave us peace of mind. I would truly recommend Emma to anyone is looking for someone who is a cheerful, caring and responsible influence within their home and around their children.
