WE LOVE EMMA!!! She has been our summer nanny for the last 2 summers and we are so sad that this summer we just can't give her the days/hours she needs. My daughter is so upset that we can't have Emma back regularly, but Emma is so incredible she said she would schedule some time off to come hang out with my kids this summer. Emma is always on time, always dependable. I work from home so we hired Emma to take kids out so they could enjoy their summer versus sitting at home on devices. Emma always took them fun places, kept them active! She is so patient with the kids and she is really good at keeping peace between siblings (no easy task)! I trust Emma 100% with my children and any other family would be extremely lucky to have Emma watch your kids.
