About Emma

As an animal lover, I've had the privileged to care for both domestic animals and wildlife. I was raised with both dogs and cats in my house (at a young age I was usually the primary caregiver for our pets). My passion for animals overlapped into my field of studies in college. I studied zoology and graduated within the Fisheries and Wildlife program. Throughout my college program I have had several internships working with a range of animals from reptiles and amphibians, birds, to large and small mammals. I volunteered for a couple of years as an wildlife rehabilitation performing all aspects of animal husbandry--cleaning, feeding, exercise and basic medical care. Beyond the professional qualifications, I have house sat for multiple people with young and old dogs, birds and cats. I've been paid to both dog walk and simply feed. Whatever the care, I'm your girl!
