About Emma

I have about 5 years of experience. I can help with housekeeping and cooking/meal Preparation or really anything around the house. I have done everything from nannying 60 hours a week to one-time babysitting jobs and worked with all ages. I am currently in college studying child/developmental psychology, I have always wanted to work with kids. I am a big school nerd, an organizer, super energetic and patient. I have worked for about a year and currently work as a behavioral technician, this means that everyday I work one on one with children who have autism. I work with my supervisors to decrease challenging behaviors and increase learning and speech. As a therapist, I have been CPR trained, first aid trained, trained on seizure procedures, and crisis prevention trained. I specialize in working with children who may have challenging behaviors, so I manage tantrums and challenging situations very well. This job has also made my reflexes insanely good.
