Hi! My name is Emma, and I am seeking a full time nanny position. I have 10 years of childcare experience in daycares, nannying, and family care. I am DCF certified along with CPR/FIRST AID and currently in the process of obtaining my birth/post partum doula license! I enjoy creating lesson plans focused on milestones and real life skills to ensure intentional care! I also like to use a shared childcare app for updates on naps, meals, activities, milestones, photos, and communication so parents will never have to have to question routine and daily actives while busy throughout their personal day. I had such a wonderful experience with this babysitter! She showed so much patience, kindness, and understanding with my daughter. She was intentional about teaching age-appropriate skills, cues, and games while also making sure she had fun and felt comfortable. She read books with my daughter, introduced her to new foods, and encouraged her to explore and grow into her independence in a safe and supportive way. She was very attentive to her development and consistently encouraged her to learn, explore, and try new things. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my daughter and wanted to see her grow. I am so thankful for the positive impact she had on her development and would highly recommend her to any family looking for someone caring, patient, and intentional with their child!
