Emma interviewed great and I asked her to come for a trial day to see how it goes. On the trial day, she did not show up, and didnt text or let us know. She just ghosted. I find this very irresponsible and rude, as us parents are relying on caregivers. At the very least, she ought to have communicated that she was not coming. Very dissapointed.
