About Emma

Hi! I am 24 years old and graduated with my AA from Daytona State College, where I played softball at a collegiate level. I am now joining the PTA program at Indian River State College and looking for something at night since I will be at school everyday from 8:00-3. I have experience working with a wide range of ages. I have been substitute teaching for middle school and high school students and have also worked as an assistant teacher for prek through elementary as well. In addition, I've been nannying for 6 years and have experience with many family styles and routines. My main long-term families included one girl and two boys (ages 8 months-9 years) and three girls (ages 4-10), so I am very comfortable with a variety of ages. I'm very hands-on and love keeping kids active. Outside play, crafts, games, and creative activities are my favorite. I care deeply about building trust with parents and creating a fun, safe, and nurturing environment for their children.
