Emma tried with our children but she needs more experience (her only references were a tanning salon and a family friend), and particularly with boys. We made many suggestions but she was a bit stuck in her own ideas of how to manage the children. She struggled with time management and there were multiple days she forgot to clean out a lunchbox, pack a lunch, make dinner, and called in sick for 2 days when she only worked for us 3 weeks total. Then she quit suddenly without giving notice.
