About Emma

Hello! My name is Emma and I am 26 years old. In 2019, I graduated from Central Michigan University with an exercise science degree. Before moving here, I worked part time as an exercise specialist/group exercise instructor at our local hospital's fitness center- so I am CPR certified. Working with kids is exciting for me because I come from a large family where I am constantly surrounded by my nieces, nephews, and cousins of all ages. It's a good way to remind me of home and family, all while staying busy and meeting new people along the way. In my spare time, I like to exercise or find ways to keep me active outside. I grew up playing sports year round so it's always been a priority of mine. Since being in Alaska, I've learned that there are many days where the weather doesn't allow for outdoor activities, so I'm always up for playing games, watching movies, or exploring any other places that offer indoor fun.
