Hello! I'm a passionate educator with over 8 years of child care experience. I have an Associates Degree in Visual Arts, but my passions go well beyond art! I love learning and being able to share knowledge with others. Coming from a large family and working with kids from all over, I've learned that patience and kindness are the best skills to have. My other skills include tutoring, cooking and baking, cleaning, as well as the creativity to make a fun and comfortable environment for children to thrive. Besides working with the younger generation, I've always had a passion for working with animals. I have worked with numerous species and I am quick to learn about new ones. I do not have any allergies that would restrict me from walking and caring for any type of pets!

I cannot say enough great things about Emma! We have three small children and a number of pets at our house and she juggled it all with ease. Emma was a lifesaver during an entire month that my wife was away on military training. She helped transport the kids from daycare to our house at the end of the day and she would stay until I got out of work. She also watched the kids for full days on the weekend when I had to work. She was punctual, extremely reliable, and she communicates well. Most importantly, my kids absolutely love spending time with her. She even went out of her way to bring things for them to do (very thoughtful!). I would absolutely not hesitate to let her care for our children again (which we plan to do as often as possible, as long as she is available).
