About Emma

I am fun, hardworking, optimistic, outgoing, dependable, and nurturing. It has always been a dream of mine to have a future in childcare. I have a huge heart for children and it makes me happy being around them. I am in nursing school and plan to pursue working with kids as a labor and delivery/ postpartum nurse or as a pediatric nurse. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. I have been a full time nanny for multiple families. I was also around helping raise and take care my younger sister. I am currently in nursing school and am actively learning more each day! I am dependable and easy going when it comes to flexibility and scheduling. I am CPR, BLS, CNA, First Aid, and AED certified. I like to think of fun activities that are age appropriate, helping the child with tutoring or school work (if needed), allowing the child to be themselves and encourage having a fun time but being safe at the same time, and always doing my best to put a smile on the child's face.
