Emma was a Godsend to our family when she stepped in to care for my mom, who has dementia and isn't always the kindest person. She has an incredible amount of patience, and she's amazing at figuring out how to help someone who's resistant to support. She stuck with us until the day my mom went into assisted living, and she helped so much that day by decorating my mom's new apartment with her favorite personal items to ease her transition. It was clear how much love Emma had put into it. Emma is the real deal--patient, positive, honest, reliable, flexible. I would hire her again in a second.
