As a high school English teacher for tenth grade, my passion for nurturing young minds naturally led me to become a childcare provider. With five years of experience, I'm dedicated to fostering children's growth and development in a safe, nurturing environment. My creative and friendly approach makes learning enjoyable, and I enjoy engaging children in arts and crafts, outdoor activities, and swimming, which I'd love to teach. I prioritize open communication with parents, using their preferred method to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as guided by the parents, ensuring consistency and structure in the child's life. I hold First Aid Training and CPR Training certifications, and have completed coursework in Early Child Development. I'm happy to assist with cooking, meal preparation, and light housekeeping.
