About Emma

Hi! I'm Emma. I am a qualified nanny with 14 years of childcare and youth development experience. Most recently, I spent two months with 4-month-old twin boys. I worked full-time (8am-5pm) in-house. My main focus was on maintaining feeding and nap routines while encouraging growth during wake windows. For this family, wake windows looked like tummy time, sensory activities, reading, singing and playing. Outside of wake windows, I did light chores (laundry, dishes, etc.) and at times I would walk Toast, the family dog. Before my most recent nanny position, I spent eight years with a summer camp in west Michigan doing seasonal summer camp as well as spring & fall programming with youth aged 7-17. I also have in-school experience as a lead facilitator in a before and after school program, leading structured learning activities, playing games and building positive relationships with students.
