About Emma

Emma has been such a special part of our family’s journey with both of our children. She first cared for our daughter part-time, 3 days a week, from the time she was 8 months old until 17 months old. Two years later, when we had our son, we immediately reached back out to Emma because of how exceptional our experience with her had been. She then cared for our son 3 days a week from 8 months to 13 months old. Emma is everything you hope for in a caregiver: warm, gentle, patient, reliable, responsible, and deeply experienced. She has worked with children of many different ages, and it truly shows in the calm confidence and care she brings into a home. Beyond her professional experience, Emma is also a mom herself, which gives her an extra level of understanding and empathy toward both children and parents. She intuitively understands the worries, questions, and emotions parents may have, and she was always an excellent communicator who kept us informed and reassured. She also is very capable with multiple children at once. She stays calm, attentive, and nurturing even in busy moments.  Emma became someone we genuinely relied on and appreciated deeply, not just as a caregiver, but as a trusted support for our family. Honestly, I would give her more than 5 stars if I could. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her.
