As a nurturing and diligent RN with 11 years of experience, I'm passionate about supporting families and creating a reliable childcare option for them. My previous babysitting roles showed me the positive impact I can have on children's lives. I'm creative, friendly, and approachable, which makes it easy for me to connect with children of all ages. When it comes to communication, I believe in regular updates to parents about their child's day. I follow their preferred communication method, whether it's through text or a phone call. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. My favorite games to play with children are educational games that promote learning, as well as board games and puzzles. I'm comfortable caring for two children at a time and have experience with age groups ranging from 4 to 11 years old, and even teenagers 12 and older.
