Honoring mindfulness + self - awareness in our little explorers. Embracing emotions as they are like colors in a beautiful painting, each one adding depth + richness to our experience. By acknowledging + through the breath, learning to navigate the intricate landscape of their inner world. I am grateful to be at home with my 4-year-old daughter who lights my world + teaches me the most beautiful lessons of life.
