I'm a friendly and supportive childcare provider with over a decade of experience in caring for children of all ages. My passion for caregiving began when I was a teenager, babysitting for families in my neighborhood. I realized how much I enjoyed supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option for them. I have a graduate degree in, which has enhanced my understanding of child development and best practices in childcare. I am also CPR-trained and First Aid-certified, ensuring that I am prepared to handle any situation that may arise. When communicating with parents, I believe in open and regular communication. I provide verbal updates at pickup, as well as regular updates via text or phone call, depending on the parent's preference. I believe that children thrive in a structured environment, so I follow the parents' lead in enforcing household rules.
