About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily and I have been a teacher/dance instructor at Marshall Academy of Dance for children between 2 and 17 years old. I also do ride care for some of my students back at home, bringing them to and from dance and ensuring a safe environment. My experiences have given me an opportunity to create incredible memories with them, and I have always been excited to learn about children's' passions and motivations in life. At home I also do child care at my local YMCA. When it comes to communicating with parents, I follow their preferred method, whether it be verbal communication upon pick-up or regular updates via text or phone call. With years of experience, I'm more than comfortable caring for children of all ages and enforcing household rules. Whether it's cooking meals, carpooling, or supervising swimming, I'm willing to help in any way I can. Please reach out and get to know me! (I am CPR and first aid certified, and I do have my own transportation)
