My names Emily, my love for the elderly started when I was young hanging out with my Grandma with dementia frequently. We loved to play card games and talk about life, when I got older I worked at a nursing home in Illinois as a care manager in memory care for 2 years. It was a job I truly loved and didn't want to leave until I had my son, who is now 3. He would have to come with me to work, but he is truly a sweetie that will be friendly with anyone and I'm hoping he can help brighten the day of whoever I get the pleasure of helping!
