About Emily

I'm a certified infant/toddler teacher who has been in childcare for 5 years now (primarily working as a lead with infants aged 6 weeks up to 16 months, but I also have experience with children toddler-aged up to elementary-school-aged)! I am also certified in Advanced Life Support (CPR) and have taken courses in growth and development, early childhood/elementary education, basic health and safety, as well as supporting individuals with disabilities and those who breastfeed. I have experience with potty training, bottle preparing/feeding and spoon feeding, diapering, meal prepping, oral medication administration (I am certified in the state of Virginia only), and teaching basic concepts such as numbers, letters, beginner ASL signs and Spanish, colors, and shapes. I have reliable transportation and love animals as well!
