About Emily

Hi, my name is Emily! I am currently an occupational therapy doctoral student at Huntington University, in which I will be graduating on April 29th, 2023. I have four years of paid experience in babysitting (twin boys age seven and a girl age 6) and nannying experience (9 and 7-year-old girls). My experience included entertaining the kids, cooking, light cleaning, driving to and from school/swim practices, and tutoring. I recently completed a 12-week OT clinical rotation where I worked with children ages 2-17 with varying diagnoses- mostly autism and sensory processing difficulties. I am currently completing my final 14-week project where I am creating a career-focused curriculum for adults with Down syndrome and other intellectual and developmental disabilities. I am CPR/First Aid/ AED certified!
