About Emily-rose

Hello !! My name is Emily, I am a recent graduate from the University of Minnesota Morris with a B. A. in Theatre Arts. For as long as I can remember, I've had a passion for working with children. My childcare journey began over a decade ago, when I began babysitting for my three younger siblings. I eventually expanded my horizons and began freelancing as a childcare provider. These experiences solidified my love for caring for children and sparked a desire to pursue it further. Professionally, I had the privilege of serving as an Assistant Preschool Teacher in the classroom (ages 3-4. 5) at a Childcare Center. What has always driven my childcare philosophy is my genuine care and concern for the happiness and success of children and their families. I believe in fostering strong relationships built on trust, respect, and compassion. My goal is to provide children with a safe and loving space where they can learn, grow, and thrive.
