About Emily

I'd describe my personality as upbeat, enthusiastic, and caring! I like working with animals because I feel as though I connect with them really well. I enjoy getting to know each individual animal and forge a relationship with them, and it's gratifying for me to be able to care for them as they also care for us. In my spare time I enjoy reading, doing arts and crafts, snuggling and playing with my own dog and cats, and playing piano! I'm looking for a job that provides clear instructions and open communication. I started working with animals when I was 14, and have about 4 years' experience total in working with animals professionally. I've been around animals my whole life, and have my own dog and cats at home. My skills include medical care (administering medication and background familiarity with veterinary medicine), training and behavioral knowledge, and reliability/communication with owners (providing updates, sending photos and videos, and answering questions).
