About Emily

After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, I worked as a preschool teacher for a young 2-year-old class and then with a start-up company that worked closely with babies and new mothers. I went on to teach at a private Montessori school for three years until deciding to go back to school for my M. Ed. While enrolled in night classes, I nannied during the day for a sweet infant (turned toddler!) and even accompanied the family on vacations and other travel. I received my Master' Degree in Montessori Education last year and am looking for opportunities to apply my skills outside of a classroom environment. I am extremely organized, love to cook (I attended culinary school) have experience with household management and am very reliable. I'm active, love to be outdoors, and love animals too! In my free time, I like to run, practice yoga, and play with my dog. I have more references upon request, I look forward to hearing from you! :)
