About emily

Hi! I'm Emily. I'm new to paid childcare, but definitely not new to kids! I'm a very involved aunt to six nieces and nephews and have been part of the fun (and chaos!) from newborn days through the teen years. I genuinely enjoy kids and love their curiosity, humor and very strong opinions. :) I'm warm, patient, playful and dependable, but I'm also a grown-up who knows when it's time for homework, dinner or bedtime. I'm happy getting out for adventures, doing school pickups, helping with homework, making meals, playing games or just hanging out at home. I have my own car and a clean driving record, and I'm comfortable helping with errands and keeping things organized, too. I've spent much of my career in roles where being responsible, adaptable and great with people really matters. I'd love to find a family where I can become a trusted extra set of hands... and hopefully someone your kids are excited to see!
