About Emily

I have 2 + years of experience as a DECAL-certified assistant Montessori teacher at Smyrna Montessori School, meaning that I love helping kids to grow into compassionate, self-motivated individuals! I am patient, easygoing and I love to encourage kids to be social, creative, and active. I graduated in 2021 with a B. S in Studio Art from Agnes Scott College, and can instruct children in up to college-level studio practices that can influence them to be out-of-the-box, independent thinkers, as well as tutor children in basic academic skills. Additionally, I have reliable transportation and am CPR and First Aid-certified. I look forward to meeting your family!
