About Emily

Hi! My name is Emily, and I would describe myself as patient, dependable, and caring. I've been working with children starting with a 3 yr old and eventually nannying for a 6-year-old. I really enjoy working with children because I love helping them learn and discover new things, while also learning from them along the way. I'm attentive and always make an effort to make sure children feel heard, understood, and supported. I enjoy keeping children engaged through different games and activities. I also have experience caring for newborns through my nursing clinical experience and am CPR certified. In my free time, I enjoy doing puzzles and especially baking! My top childcare strengths are keeping children engaged and entertained, being patient during challenging moments, and creating a caring and supportive environment. I'm comfortable with pets! I have a reference too!
