About Emily

Hi, My name is Emily. I am a 46-year-old married woman. I was a stay at home mom for my autistic son for 18 years. I do have years of experience with family. I love taking care of infants and toddlers. They are my people! I love reading books, singing, dancing, being silly, playing games, watching movies, pretend and helping them grow! I am a momma bear. I will protect your little ones with all I am. I am certified in Adult, Child, & Infant CPR/AED/First Aid from the Red Cross. I studied Nursing (RN) at UAA. Unfortunately, I was unable to graduate due to my injuries following a truck accident in the spring semester of my junior year. However, up until that time I was a student in good standing. I have an adult son with autism away at college. I have my own vehicle. My husband and I are now empty nesters. While I am applying for a longer term position, I am usually available for date nights, sick days, or other last minute hiccups that may arise. Keep my info just in case.
