About Emily

Hello there! I'm Emily. I am currently a full time nanny as well as an RBT, specializing in behavior therapy work with children on the Autism Spectrum. I have also done children's swim instruction and VBS. I'm looking for a job that has consistency of hours and workload so I can move towards working with just one family! I want to focus on making your kids safe, happy, and engaged with me! It's important that for the children I work with that I feel like a bonus family member, not just an employee. Most of all, I'd like any kiddo I work with to be excited to see their "nanny" or "babysitter" because I bring the fun! My skills that I have consistently been praised for have been my ability to keep children engaged with me through bonding with them. I am skillful with my imagination/pretend play, and I am great at helping children de-escalate when they're upset or having a bad day. I have lots of tools that I have learned through my past jobs that have helped me develop these qualities
