About Emily

Hi! I'm Emily, a reliable, caring, and active pet lover with years of experience caring for animals of all kinds. I grew up with two Yellow Labs and currently have a tabby cat, so I understand that every pet has their own unique personality and routine. In addition to years of pet sitting and house sitting for families in my community, I also worked as a veterinary assistant, where I gained hands-on experience caring for animals in a professional setting. During my time at the clinic, I learned how to safely administer certain medications, bathe and groom pets, properly walk and handle dogs of all sizes and temperaments, and recognize when an animal may need extra attention or care. Professionally, I'm a certified teacher with degrees in Early Childhood and Special Education, so responsibility, patience, and dependability are at the heart of everything I do. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have reliable transportation. I cant wait to meet you!
