I'm looking for a full-time opportunity in Boston beginning in September! Through my 10 years of experience in childcare as a nanny/babysitter, camp counselor, religious education teacher, and nursery worker, I have taught, nurtured, and cared for boys and girls as young as 6 weeks up through elementary school. My B. S. in Behavioral Neuroscience provided me with a strong understanding of child development that has supported me throughout various childcare positions. As a nanny, my responsibilities have included diaper changing, feeding bottles/purees/solids, meal prep, bathing, housekeeping, and laundry. Other skills include: potty-training, early learning, organizing creative and educational activities, and seeking out/driving to local age-appropriate classes and programs to help children reach developmental goals. I have a car and a clean driving record, and am CPR/First Aid certified and comfortable with pets!

We hired Emily to help us care for our infant twins several days a week over the last couple of months. We found her to be extraordinary with the kids. Not only was she able to care for our kids with little direction, she was very adaptive and attentive to their ever changing needs. Though we only needed her for the summer, we would absolutely hire her again if we had a need for a nanny! She was very friendly, punctual and flexible to our needs. I highly encourage families to consider her for future opportunities.
