About Emily

Hi there, my name is Emily! I am a former childcare teacher and center mentor who assisted in training new teachers to work with children 12 months-2 years. I am responsible, reliable, professional, creative, and active. I love doing art and science projects, reading, dancing, and being outside. I have about 10+ years experience in the field, working with a variety of age groups and in different settings. I have worked with children from birth to age 13 throughout my career as an early childhood educator. Infants and toddlers are my favorite, but I am very flexible. I'm what one would call a "child magnet", meaning kids love me! I have previously worked as an in-home childcare provider, a daycare supervisor, children's summer events coordinator, camp counselor, and a handful of other childcare related gigs. Currently, I am wrapping up my final few classes to receive my degree at Front Range Community College. I'm looking forward to working with you and helping your child grow!
