About Emily

I love getting to work with young children and having a positive experience in their lives. I have taught Sunday school for 3 years and have experience with large groups of elementary aged children and individual toddlers. I really enjoyed those experiences and my babysitting experiences in the past. I am patient, friendly, responsible, and most of all caring. I am currently a college freshman home for the summer working towards medical school. I do not mind communicating in whatever way the parents prefer, including verbal updates and texts. Additionally, I am very comfortable enforcing household rules and am good at getting children on the same page and to understand why rules are in place. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and arts and crafts. I am happy to help with cooking, carpooling, light housekeeping, crafts, and swimming supervision. I am also working towards being CPR and First Aid trained. I look forward to the opportunity to get to know you and your children!
