About Emily

I am a calm, patient, and creative childcare provider with a strong background in both in-home and educational settings. I have 10+ years of babysitting experience, 5+ years in daycares, and 5 years as a camp counselor. I currently work as a Special Education Paraeducator with the PEP program for MCPS, supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs. I'm comfortable with children ages 2+, and I love engaging kids with games, puzzles, arts & crafts, and hands-on activities that encourage fun and learning. I always follow each family's household rules and preferred communication style to ensure consistency and trust. I am close to completing a degree in Human Services with a concentration in Early Childhood. I have my own car, I'm comfortable with pets, and I strive to create a safe, nurturing, and positive environment for every child in my care. I look forward to meeting your family!
