About Emily

Hello! My name is Emily and I am a dependable, energetic, and compassionate caregiver. I have about 10 years of experience working with kids in a variety of settings, and I've genuinely loved every job! Along with having a Bachelor's degree, I have taken 24 college credits of childhood development and elementary education at the University of Colorado. Throughout high school and college, I regularly babysat and full-time nannied for children ages 3 months to 11 years. I have also spent 2 years providing individual, small group and full class support for a 5th grade classroom, along with 3 years of creating and leading after school programs for students ages 5-17. I understand the importance of individualized and differentiated care, along with balancing both fun and responsibility in childcare settings.
