About Emily

Hi there! My name is Emily, but you can call me Emmy. I am 24 years old and a graduate of Emerson College, now living in Bushwick. I absolutely love working with kids and I have several years of experience! I worked as a preschool assistant teacher at The Gardner School in Cambridge, MA in my final semester of college, including spending several months in the infant room. I am Massachusetts StrongStart Early Education and Care certified and I am FirstAid & CPR certified, including with infants. I spent a summer in Maine as the theatre teacher at an arts summer camp, and spent prior summers as a counselor and teaching artist at a similar summer program in New Haven, CT called Audubon Arts. At these programs, I developed many strong relationships with families and ended up full time nannying for several! I can help with travel, errands, laundry, homework, meals (including bottles!), bath time or whatever else you might need! Having pets is a plus but not a requirement ;)
