About Emily

I'd describe my personality as adaptable, patient, creative, and dedicated. What I enjoy most about working with children is being able to observe them learning about the world and develop into the unique little human's they are. Additionally, being a caregiver allows me to encourage them to explore and learn on their own while offering guidance when it's appropriate and beneficial for their learning process. What I'm looking for in a client/family is open communication. Learning the families goals and boundaries will enable me to offer your child the best care that I can. My first childcare position was when I was 14 years old. In my adult life I have worked as a nanny for about 6 years on and off, and consistently for the past two years. In my spare time, I like to be outside, do arts and crafts, go bargain hunting, play board games and card games. However, outdoors activities are always my preference.
