I hired Emily for a one-time date-night nanny job. From the start, communication via care.com and then later WhatsApp was very easy. She was quick to reply and communicate. She arrived early at our house in the evening and was quick to get along with our our three children. Emily was warm and helpful and spent time playing Pokemon cards with our older toddlers, while bottle-feeding our little ones. Our date night went a bit longer and Emily had some flexibility staying later as well. Given that Emily works as an elementary school teacher, I can see that she was great with the kids. I recommend her!
