Emily is a very positive and polite young lady. My kids liked her however she was more like a hired playmate than a nanny. She didn’t show any authority of being in charge. She called out sick on her very first day. And after four shifts gave a two week notice. At that point I just ended it and wished her well and asked for her to return the carpool tag for picking up my daughter. She has not returned the carpool tag and will not respond to my requests. I find this very unprofessional.
