About Emily

Making a positive impact on kids' lives is something I really care about. I have a graduate degree and experience working with children ages 1-12+, and I've spent a lot of time babysitting and supporting families with reliable, hands-on care. I also played college basketball, and through that I worked a lot of summer basketball camps with kids of all ages. That experience helped me learn how to connect with kids, keep them engaged, and create a fun but structured environment. I'm patient, calm, and easy to be around, and I love staying active--whether that's playing outside, doing sports, or getting into games, puzzles, and crafts. I'm comfortable caring for multiple children and can help with things like cooking, light housekeeping, carpooling, travel, and swimming supervision. I like to keep communication open with parents and follow whatever routines and rules work best for your family.
