About Emily

I am very passionate about working with children. have experience working with most ages from 6 months to 18 years. I started working with kids 8 years ago as a nanny of 5 kids, but have since worked with two other families as a nanny, as well as pre-school teacher, after school care counselor, summer camp counselor to children with disabilities, and am currently a children's speech therapist. People describe me as patient, energetic and bubbly! I love creating activities to do during the day that are engaging and fun as well as going on outings (ie: parks, movies, ice cream, ect.) if the parents allow. I am easy going, and can adjust my energy level to meet the child's needs. Every day is different with kids, and I love being a listening ear and watching them learn new things in the world, I truly love what I do!
