Emily arrived early, and made an instant connection with both of our kids. We were in town for a wedding and were so relieved that she didn't mind staying until midnight and also worked with us as we requested more time than we originally had. Somehow, she got the kids out and about on the town, showing them the sites of Albany which was wonderful because they would have been stuck in a hotel room all day otherwise since we were traveling. I heard later from my kids about good conversations they had had with Emily and they asked, "can she be part of our family now?" Five stars, we will definitely reach out to her again when we are in town!
