About Emily

I am an energetic, yet easy going person who is passionate about helping seniors. My admiration began in high school working in an assisted living facility. I knew working with this population was in my future. I earned a degree in Exercise Science and Fitness Management, as well as a Masters in Wellness Management and Gerontology. I have worked in various settings, such as the YMCA and assisted living facilities. Currently, I am a certified Personal Training. Throughout my professional experience, I have exemplified patience, understanding and joy from my clients. Furthermore, I have planned various activities, drove folks to doctor appointments and can provide exercise and movement in a variety of ways. In my spare time, I first and foremost like to spend time with my family, as well as be active through running. My family enjoys going to local festivals, sporting events and new restaurants. One thing you should know about me is, I am a flexible, people person who enjoys life.
