About Emily

Hi I'm Emily, I am a 24-year-old nanny/family assistant living in Quincy, MA. I am one of five girls myself and I have been a caretaker my whole life. The experiences in my home led me to the childcare field; I wanted to find a job that I would love and find value in and working with kids has helped me do that. I began nannying part time in 2018 and began full time during the 2020 pandemic. I think it's important kids stay engaged throughout the day with age appropriate activities: crafts, sensory play, indoor/outdoor play, baking, singing and dancing! I believe in structure play and free play and think a balance of both allows for the best self expression. Much of the time I have spent nannying has been for families with children ranging from ages four months to 10 years. In the last three years I have worked with two families; one family with two babies and another family with a school aged child. I have great references that have been vetted by the agency that I would love to share.
