About Emily E

My name is Emily. I would describe myself as a curious, gentle, patient person who finds joy in the small things in life. In my free time I am studying herbalism, going for hikes, painting, practicing Reiki and spending time with my cat Persephone. Caring for children is very meaningful and important work to me. I have over 10 years of experience. I got into this work by helping raise my niece and nephews, there are 3 of them. From there on I have done child care, house sitting, and PCA work. It's such a very important time for children to learn and be in this world. When I'm caring for children, I'm ready to jump in and start wherever it's needed, whether it's playing, dinnner time, homework or bedtime. My boundaries are strong, I am open to feedback, and I'm comfortable with navigating through conflict. I am happy to adapt to your communication styles and routines with your children.
